About the Role

We are hiring a driven and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team remotely. This role demands strong sourcing skills, high-volume recruitment capability, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be responsible for closing 6 positions per month by consistently sourcing 6–9 qualified and shortlisted candidates daily. The role also includes lead generation for building future candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist 6–9 candidates daily using various job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and closing positions.
• Meet monthly hiring target of 6 successful closures across different verticals.
• Coordinate with internal teams/hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate insights.
• Generate leads and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and screening methods.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Prior experience working in a remote setup is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
• Must have good internet connection and Laptop / PC
