Your Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT / Software professionals across APAC
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, career portals, and technical communities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technical and management-track positions
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Track sourcing activities, market insights, and pipeline progress
• Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT / Software Recruitment
• Strong technical sourcing and candidate research skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques
