Telemarketing Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

Studio 52 is a media and communications company delivering audio-visual, digital, and technology-driven solutions to clients across diverse industries. We're looking for a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce our services
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments or demos
• Manage call lists and keep CRM records up to date
• Respond to inquiries and handle basic customer support issues
• Work with our sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call centers (media, tech, or B2B experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident with CRM or call management tools, email, and spreadsheets
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent (business, marketing, or communications training is beneficial)
