Role Description The UI/UX Designer is a full-time role based in Lekki with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The person in this role will design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile products, translating business and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, analyzing user flows, refining design concepts based on feedback, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. The UI/UX Designer will maintain design systems, ensure visual consistency across platforms, and contribute to usability testing and iterative improvements. This role involves working within cross-functional teams to deliver digital products that align with brand standards and meet user needs.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with a solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and design systems.
• Candidates should possess User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Candidates should possess the ability to create detailed Mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Front-End Development familiarity (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile products, a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, and knowledge of responsive and accessible design practices.
• Additional beneficial skills include collaboration and communication abilities, comfort working in agile or cross-functional teams, problem-solving mindset, and a degree or certification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
