We are hiring a UI/UX Design Instructor to train and guide learners in developing the creative, technical, and problem-solving skills required to design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital products.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in user interface design, user experience research, prototyping, and product design, with the ability to simplify design concepts and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences.

This role focuses on equipping learners with the skills to understand user needs, solve design problems, create effective user experiences, and transform ideas into functional and visually appealing digital interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.

Responsibilities

As an Instructor, you will:

• Teach UI/UX design fundamentals, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
• Train learners on using design tools such as Figma.
• Guide learners in designing responsive websites and mobile application interfaces.
• Introduce usability testing, design systems, and user-centred design principles.
• Supervise practical projects, review learner work, and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor learners on building professional portfolios and monetizing their design skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Practical experience designing websites, mobile applications, or digital products.
• Good understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Actively earning income as a freelancer, consultant, employee, or independent professional in UI/UX design.
• Relevant certifications or professional training.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and guide beginners through practical learning.
