Vice President – Compliance

Role Description The Owner role at AI Agents & the Future of Work is a part-time remote position responsible for guiding the overall vision, strategy, and operations of the initiative. Day-to-day tasks include defining and refining the company’s strategic direction, overseeing content and program development, and managing partnerships and collaborations. The owner will design and curate educational resources and community experiences related to AI, supervise digital presence and brand messaging, and ensure that products and services align with the mission of accessible, ethical AI adoption. This role involves monitoring industry trends, exploring new opportunities for growth, and making key decisions about resource allocation and long-term priorities. The owner will also handle essential business administration tasks, such as budgeting, basic financial oversight, and coordinating contractors or contributors as needed.

Qualifications

• Strategic and business leadership skills, including experience defining vision, setting priorities, and making decisions about growth and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, AI tools, and the future-of-work landscape, with the ability to translate technical topics into practical guidance for professionals.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging written and visual content for online audiences.
• Experience with digital platforms and communities, such as managing websites, social media, newsletters, or online learning environments.
• Organizational and project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating contributors or external partners.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a self-directed approach to problem-solving.
• Background in entrepreneurship, consulting, education, technology, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience launching or growing a digital initiative is a plus.
