Vice President – Compliance

Role Description The Owner role is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and growing business activities within the Gulf markets. Day-to-day tasks include defining business strategy, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and service providers. The Owner manages operational processes, monitors financial performance, and ensures compliance with relevant regional regulations and standards. This role also involves creating and refining service offerings, coordinating marketing efforts, and making key decisions that guide the long-term direction and sustainability of the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or managing independent ventures.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving for business growth.
• Ability to manage remote operations, including scheduling, coordination, and online communication.
• Knowledge of or interest in Gulf markets (Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, and neighboring regions) and their business environments.
• Effective communication skills, including stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and performance metrics for small businesses.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote collaboration and online business management.
• High level of self-motivation, accountability, and readiness to work part-time while driving results.
