Chief of Staff to the Managing Director
Flyover Attractions B.V. | Rotterdam, Netherlands (hybrid) | Full-time
About Flyover
Flyover Attractions runs flying-theatre attractions in Chicago, Las Vegas, Vancouver and Reykjavík. It is wholly owned by Brogent Technologies (TWSE: 5263), a leader in immersive ride technology. Flyover Attractions B.V. is the holding company for the group's attractions, and we are building a platform for further growth through acquisitions, new sites and partnerships.
The role
You will be the Managing Director's deputy and second brain. You will work across strategy, finance and execution, turn ambiguous problems into structured decisions, and make sure those decisions get carried out across four countries and two organisations. It is a high-trust, high-exposure role with a clear path to owning corporate development.
What you'll do
- Capital & performance management: Run CapEx governance, track portfolio performance, and challenge business cases with the site teams and finance.
- MD's office: Prepare the MD for every key meeting, own the follow-up, chase decisions to closure, and represent the MD when needed with site leadership, the shareholder (Brogent, Taiwan) and external partners.
- Special projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery, such as new-site launches, operating-model design and partnerships.
- Administration (~20%): Calendar priorities, correspondence, board and shareholder logistics. We are upfront that this is part of the job.
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years' experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, transaction services or corporate development
- Solid grounding in accounting and corporate finance: you can read a P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement, build a model, and question someone else's
- Structured, top-down thinker and crisp writer who can deliver a decision-ready memo on one page
- Strong user of AI tools with examples of how you've used them to change how you work
- Discreet, low-ego and highly organised, comfortable with both board materials and admin
- Fluent English required. Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred. You will work closely with our Taiwanese shareholder.
- Willing to travel to our sites in North America, Iceland and Taiwan
What we offer
- Direct exposure to every major decision in a growing international attractions group
- Competitive package
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
