POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Parts Sales & Warehouse Officer to join our Aftersales / Parts team at our Al Quoz facility in Dubai.

The successful candidate will support daily parts sales and warehouse operations by handling customer and workshop parts requirements, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring that parts transactions follow company procedures.

This role requires practical knowledge of automotive parts identification, inventory control, customer service, and DMS/ERP systems, along with close coordination with service advisors, technicians, and other departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Parts Sales and Customer Support

• Handle parts enquiries from customers, service advisors, technicians, and other departments.
• Identify the correct parts using vehicle models, VINs, parts catalogues, or other available references.
• Prepare parts quotations and coordinate invoicing with the relevant team.
• Check parts availability and coordinate replenishment or inter-branch transfers when required.
• Support workshop operations by preparing requested parts accurately and on time.

Warehouse and Inventory Operations

• Receive, inspect, label, store, pick, and issue parts accurately.
• Issue parts only against approved documentation and comply with invoicing and stock-control procedures.
• Record receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and other stock movements promptly and accurately in the DMS/ERP system.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical stock takes; report discrepancies, damaged items, and shortages promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in accordance with company 6S and safety standards.

Documentation and Team Coordination

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for parts sales and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with workshop, sales, and other relevant teams to support timely parts fulfilment.
• Perform other parts and warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales, parts handling, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of automotive parts identification and inventory procedures.
• Experience using a DMS, ERP, or inventory-management system.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer skills and strong accuracy in stock handling and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with workshop and retail parts requirements.
• Good command of English.

• Valid UAE driving license.
