They're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of their customer-facing mobile and web applications.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an engineer who enjoys building beautiful, intuitive products, solving complex technical problems, and taking features from initial concept through production.

You'll work closely with a small, highly technical team and have significant influence over product architecture, engineering standards, and the overall customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end product development: Design, build, and launch features across consumer-facing mobile and web applications, taking full ownership from concept to production.
• Build seamless financial experiences: Develop intuitive user flows for payments, reimbursements, transaction tracking, and other core financial features.
• Work across the stack: Collaborate closely with backend engineering and operations teams to ensure reliable integrations, clean data flows, and scalable application architecture.
• Drive product improvements: Leverage user analytics, experimentation, and behavioural insights to identify friction points and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Shape technical architecture: Help establish best practices around application architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate directly with users: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and translate feedback into impactful product improvements.
• Take ownership of technical decisions: Help define how the platform evolves as the company scales, balancing speed of execution with reliability and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building and shipping production-grade web and/or mobile applications.
• Solid full stack engineering capabilities, with an emphasis on frontend development and user-facing product experiences.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs, backend services, and complex application workflows.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, testing, and engineering best practices.
• A product-oriented mindset with a strong appreciation for thoughtful design, usability, and customer experience.
• Experience taking ownership of projects from initial requirements through deployment and iteration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with significant autonomy and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience building consumer-facing fintech, payments, or financial services products.
• Experience developing both mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and user behaviour tracking.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup or in a small engineering team.

This is an in-person opportunity based in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be willing to work on-site and occasionally travel to meet with customers and stakeholders.
