About the role

We are looking for a Senior or Staff-level Product Engineer to build and own core user-facing products across the platform. You will take ownership of large product areas, work closely with the founding team, and ship simple, reliable products that help non-technical business users run critical business systems.

What you’ll do

• Build and own user-facing products end to end, including the AI Agent, App Builder, mobile/PWA experience, and headless SaaS SDK products
• Own product areas such as Users & Access, CMS, Files & Media, Email, and Commerce
• Take unclear goals and drive them through design, architecture, data modeling, API design, development, launch, and iteration
• Work closely with founders on product requirements and iterate quickly based on feedback from a large user base
• Design simple, intuitive UX/UI that enables non-technical users to operate business systems such as CRMs, ERPs, warehouse management, and HR platforms
• Build and improve core SaaS capabilities, including billing, entitlements, analytics, A/B testing, feature flags, internationalization, and notifications
• Use AI coding tools to increase velocity and ship high-quality products quickly

What you’ll bring

• 2–10 years of experience as a Product, Infrastructure, Platform, or Backend Engineer
• Proven experience owning and shipping an entire product module end to end, such as authentication, CMS, email, files, or billing
• Strong full-stack skills, with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on production experience with Temporal or a comparable workflow orchestration tool, such as Cadence or AWS Step Functions
• Experience managing infrastructure as code using CDK or Terraform
• Experience orchestrating servers or containers using Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS
• Strong database experience, including schema design, scaling, and performance tuning
• Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or background agents

Nice to have

• Experience building infrastructure for AI agents or ML workloads, including long-running jobs, model routing, inference, or GPU orchestration
• Experience at a fast-growing startup with fewer than 150 employees, ideally pre-Series C
• Experience at a high-bar developer tools or product company
• Founder experience, YC experience, open-source contributions, public product launches, or technical writing
