Group Exercise Coach (Ladies Gym) Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy Group Exercise Coach to deliver engaging and results-driven fitness classes in a ladies-only commercial gym. The role focuses on class delivery, member engagement, and creating an excellent training experience that drives attendance and retention. Key Responsibilities Deliver 3–4 group exercise classes per day across a variety of formats including: Functional Training HIIT Bootcamp Core & Strength Zumba / Dance Fitness Ensure high class quality, energy, and safety standards at all times Motivate and engage members to drive class participation and occupancy Build strong relationships with members to support client retention Provide excellent customer service and personal attention before, during, and after classes Support gym challenges, special events, and promotional fitness activities Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment readiness Working Schedule 6 days per week 8 hours per day Flexible shifts based on class schedule Requirements Certified Group Exercise / Fitness Instructor (REPS) Experience teaching group classes in a commercial gym environment Ability to teach multiple class formats (Les Mills, functional, HIIT, strength, dance, etc.) High energy, confident stage presence, and strong communication skills Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude Advantage (Preferred) Certifications or experience in Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills, or other specialized programs Compensation & Benefits Competitive monthly salary Visa sponsorship Medical insurance Supportive and professional working environment
