Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the development of our team by designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. You will be a keystone in fostering an environment of continuous growth, learning, and development for our employees.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement diverse training programs and curriculums.
- Work closely with department managers to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Coordinate with external partners for specialized training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain training budgets, training calendars and report on program effectiveness.
Requirements for the Role
- 3 to 7 years of experience in HR Training and Development.
- Based in the United Arab Emirates with a solid understanding of training methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proven track record in managing multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Experience in using LMS and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in English & Hindi.
