About the Role

Ready to join the Dutch space industry?

We’re looking for technical professionals to join a leading aerospace and space company in the South-Holland area. The role focuses on increasing production capacity for structural assemblies within a European launcher programme.

If you have hands-on experience in aerospace, aviation maintenance, aircraft manufacturing or a comparable high-tech production environment, this is your chance to work on some of the most advanced projects in the Netherlands.

You’ll be part of an international team assembling high-precision aerospace structures, where quality, safety and craftsmanship come first.

We’re hiring for three profiles:

  • Sheet Metal Specialists
  • Shift Leaders
  • KUKA Robot Operators

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precision assembly of aluminium aerospace structures
  • Carry out drilling, reaming, countersinking and riveting
  • Work with technical drawings, production instructions and specialised tooling
  • Operate and support automated robotic production cells
  • Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections
  • Keep accurate technical documentation and traceability
  • Coordinate production activities and support colleagues (Senior / Shift Leader)
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship

Requirements

  • Technical education (MBO level or equivalent practical experience)
  • EU citizenship or a valid right to work and live in the Netherlands is required (visa sponsorship is NOT available for this role)
  • Proven hands-on experience in aerospace, aviation, defense or high-end complex manufacturing
  • Experience with drilling, reaming, countersinking and riveting (AIT Technicians)
  • Experience leading technicians on the shop floor while staying hands-on (for the position of Shift Leaders)
  • Experience operating KUKA industrial robots; automated drilling or riveting cells are a strong advantage (Robot Operators)
  • Confident reading technical drawings, work instructions and quality procedures
  • Good command of English
  • Willing to work the afternoon/evening shift (14:00–23:00, Monday to Friday), with flexibility for day shifts when needed
  • Willing to work fully on-site
  • Able to pass a security screening (VOG or equivalent)

We Offer

  • Monthly gross salary of approximately €4000 to €4500, depending on experience
  • Full-time project of at least 9 months, with option to extend
  • Relocation package and accommodation support
  • Support throughout your relocation and onboarding process
  • Work on advanced aerospace and European launcher projects
  • An international, high-tech working environment alongside experienced engineers and technicians
  • Attractive package of benefits
