Position Overview

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the daily management and maintenance of hotel products, contracts, promotions, and booking information.

This position involves ensuring the accurate and timely loading of hotel contracts, rates, promotional offers, and availability updates into the system, while coordinating closely with the Contracting, Reservations, and Content teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to read, interpret, and understand hotel contracts and promotional conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and upload hotel contracts and promotional offers into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor stop-sale notifications and coordinate with the Contracting and Reservations teams to ensure timely communication and implementation.
• Liaise with the Content team to communicate additional hotel information, special conditions, promotional details, and updates that need to be highlighted on the website.
• Assist the Reservations team with booking-related concerns by clarifying contract terms, promotional conditions, rates, and other product-related information.
• Ensure that all uploaded product information, rates, and booking conditions are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in formulas, large datasets, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to analyse and interpret hotel contracts, rates, and promotional offers.
• Understanding of hotel rates, child policies, meal plans, booking conditions, and promotional terms.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate product data.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and resolve operational issues.
• Previous experience in the UAE travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
• Established connections with UAE hotels, hotel representatives, and tourism suppliers are highly preferred.
• Experience with hotel contracting, reservation, or tourism management systems.
• Experience in hotel product management, contract loading, rate management, and promotional processing is an advantage.
