Position Overview: This nursing role involves coordinating care for patients with bleeding disorders, including hemophilia. The nurse manages annual, semi-annual, episodic, and emergency care, maintains bleeding action plans, monitors lab work and medications, and serves as the primary contact for patients. Responsibilities include completing new patient intakes, conducting lifespan monitoring, providing patient education, discharge instructions, and community outreach.

Qualifications & Skills: Applicants must have a nursing degree from an accredited program and at least one year of RN experience. Experience with hematology, hemophilia, or women's health is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with electronic medical records. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent critical thinking and leadership abilities, is essential.

Licensure & Certifications: A valid RN license, BLS certification (acceptable via AHA, Red Cross, or Military), and additional state licensure or certifications as needed are required prior to start.

Additional Details: The role is full-time, nonexempt, with a pay range of $35.84 - $58.84 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, savings accounts, and retirement plans.
