- Candidates should have strong spoken & written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Candidate should have the experience in SME Loans Lending Telesales - Mandatory
- Candidate should know the procedures of SME Loans, Document verification, AML and KYC Verification.
- Ability to handle calls, chats and emails in a professional manner.
- Follow up on open cases and see them to closures.
- Escalate necessary cases to respective teams as and when needed.
- Should have some CRM experience Fresh desk is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts as this will be 24 * 7 operations.
- Minimum 1 year call centre experience needed. Preferably from Banking/Fintech projects & experience in outbound calling
- Candidates who are available to start immediately will be considered.
- Job location - Dubai
- Salary - 3500 AED Per Month.
