AI Operations & Community Research Intern

Human-in-the-Loop Coordinator, paid 1-month internship, Dubai, mostly remote

Diamond Living Real Estate is a Dubai brokerage that uses AI assistants for much of its marketing and research. We're looking for someone to be the human in the loop: reviewing the AI's work, handling the tasks only a person can do, and helping build Where to Live, our new service that helps expats who've just arrived pick the right Dubai community.

What you'll do

- Review AI-drafted copy, posts and reports for accuracy, and catch mistakes before anything goes out.

- Track tasks and handoffs across our AI tools, and send a short weekly report.

- Polish designs, make local community visits, and take photos and short videos.

- Prepare broker-approved marketing material for publishing.

- Collect, check and organise community data for Where to Live, and test the product.

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and other AI tools.

- A track record of building things yourself, with a portfolio of projects to show.

- Organised, reliable, and clear in writing. Arabic is a plus.

- Able to work mostly remotely and meet in person in Dubai once a week.

Details

- 1-month paid internship: 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, AED 3,000 for the month.

- If you're selected, you'll move to a full-time remote role, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, at AED 10,000 a month, with one in-person meeting a week in Dubai.

- Selection is based on your portfolio, a short practical exercise, and a structured interview, and is open to everyone.
