Job Title: Applicant Outreach Associate
Monthly Pay: PKR 60,090 - 146,490 per month
Summary:
You introduce yourself warmly on calls and use short messages to keep applicants informed. Your outreach starts with applicant lists and follow-up requests assigned by the recruiting team. You explain role details, check interest, and help applicants arrange their next interview. Regular contact helps applicants understand each stage and gives recruiters useful updates before interviews. A recruiting team lead reviews your approach and supports questions that need more guidance. This phone-based position is fully remote and lets you work from home while supporting applicants. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Open assigned applicant lists in an applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn, a tool that stores candidate information. Plan your calls and follow-ups.
• Call applicants through a business phone system or dialer such as JustCall, a tool for making calls. Introduce yourself and explain your reason for calling.
• Share the role's main points using approved recruiter notes. Ask whether the applicant remains interested, and explain the next step clearly.
• Ask short questions about availability and basic fit. Listen without interrupting, and write clear answers for the recruiter to review.
• Keep regular contact at each stage. Return requested calls and contact applicants who have not completed their next step.
• Book recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly, which shows available interview times. Confirm the chosen arrangement.
• Send short reminders before interviews. Follow up after missed interviews, check whether the applicant still wants to continue, and arrange another booking when needed.
• Answer simple questions using approved information. Send questions beyond that information to the recruiting team lead rather than guessing an answer.
• Record each call result, applicant response, and next step. Share useful notes with recruiters so they can prepare for interviews.
• Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals. Keep candidate information private and share daily call counts and booked interviews with the team.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct bookings, and quick follow-up. Use feedback to improve future conversations and messages.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required. Related phone, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and confidence introducing the purpose of a call to someone new.
• Ability to listen closely, ask short questions, and write messages that make the next step easy to understand.
• Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, phone, and scheduling tools through guided practice and feedback.
• Care when entering call notes, checking interview dates, and confirming that calendar entries match agreed arrangements.
• Basic understanding of applicant outreach, interview reminders, and the importance of keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
• Respect for candidate privacy and readiness to ask the team lead when information or instructions are unclear.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote work from home role focused on phone conversations and clear applicant updates.
• Structured onboarding and training on Bullhorn, JustCall, and Calendly, with guided practice for common tasks.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, call feedback, and interview booking challenges.
• Access to growth opportunities within the team as you develop outreach and interview coordination skills.
• Bonus opportunities.
