Job Title: Candidate Coordinator
Monthly Pay: PKR 60,080 - 144,300 per month
Summary:
You will learn an applicant tracking system such as Workable to organize candidate lists and task updates. You will also use a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar to keep interview plans clear. Your tasks arrive through recruiter requests, candidate lists, and changes to interview calendars. You call candidates to confirm details, arrange interviews, and explain the next step. Your goal is to keep candidate information accurate and help recruiters prepare for each interview. A recruiting team lead explains your priorities and helps resolve questions beyond your instructions. The position supports fully remote phone work, so you can work from home. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review interview calendars alongside assigned candidate lists and task lists. Check open interview spaces before making calls or changing bookings.
• Prepare clear candidate lists for recruiters. Check that each entry shows the current stage, relevant notes, and the next action.
• Call candidates through a business phone system such as Aircall. Confirm interview details, give reminders, and clarify missing interview information.
• Book interview times that suit candidates and recruiters. Confirm each booking, explain attendance steps, and rearrange interviews when plans change.
• Update candidate entries after every call or task. Record the result and next action so recruiters can follow progress easily.
• Answer simple candidate questions using approved information. Refer questions outside your guidance to the recruiting team lead rather than guessing.
• Keep candidate lists tidy by marking wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals. Make each candidate's current position easy to understand.
• Prepare short daily summaries of calls, bookings, and missed interviews. Highlight unresolved tasks so the recruiting team can arrange follow-up.
• Protect candidate privacy when viewing or sharing information. Give recruiters only the relevant notes they need to prepare for interviews.
• Meet quality standards through accurate entries, correct bookings, polite calls, and quick follow-up. Review your updates before marking tasks complete.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required. Related phone, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain interview steps in clear, short sentences.
• Willingness to learn an applicant tracking system such as Workable and follow its steps for candidate updates.
• Comfort learning a business phone system such as Aircall, including call notes and return-call tasks.
• Ability to use a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar to check availability and avoid overlapping bookings.
• Care with names, dates, interview details, and written notes, including checking unclear information before making updates.
• Respect for candidate privacy and readiness to ask the recruiting team lead when an instruction needs clarification.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role where you work from home and support candidates through organized phone contact.
• Structured onboarding and training on an applicant tracking system such as Workable, a business phone system such as Aircall, and a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss feedback, and improve your coordination work.
• Growth opportunities within the team as you build confidence with candidate calls, interview calendars, and accurate updates.
• Bonus opportunities.
