Job Title: Candidate Engagement Associate
Monthly Pay: PKR 62,710 - 144,390 per month
Summary:
You build candidate interest through friendly phone conversations and short messages that explain what happens next. Your call list comes from applications and follow-up requests shared by recruiters. You check basic fit, answer simple questions, and arrange interviews while keeping candidates informed at each stage. The aim is to help candidates stay involved and give recruiters clear notes before their conversations. A recruiting team lead guides your approach and helps with questions outside the approved information. Your work is fully remote, and you work from home while supporting candidates through calls and messages. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review assigned candidate lists in an applicant tracking system such as Lever, which stores application details and call notes. Plan which candidates need contact first.
• Call candidates through a business phone system such as JustCall, a tool for making and tracking calls. Introduce yourself and explain why you are calling.
• Explain the role using approved recruiter notes. Check interest, ask basic fit and availability questions, and write clear answers.
• Keep regular contact with candidates at each stage. Return requested calls, follow up on unfinished steps, and reconnect after missed interviews.
• Book interested candidates into recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly, which shows available interview times.
• Send short reminders before interviews. Confirm booking details and explain how candidates can prepare using the recruiting team's approved guidance.
• Answer simple questions with approved information. Pass questions outside your instructions to the recruiting team lead and keep candidates updated.
• Record each call result and next step. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals so candidate lists stay accurate.
• Share complete call notes with recruiters before interviews. Highlight open questions and any booking changes that need their attention.
• Share daily call counts and booked interviews with the recruiting team. Report candidates who need another call or booking change.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, quick follow-up, and steady daily call activity. Check your updates before sharing them.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience is required. Phone support, customer service, or interview scheduling experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to listen without interrupting or rushing candidates.
• Willingness to learn the applicant tracking, business phone, and scheduling tools named above through guided practice.
• Basic understanding of candidate interest, interview steps, and how to use approved role information during calls.
• Care with candidate notes, interview dates, and booking changes, including checking details before saving updates.
• Respect for candidate privacy and care when viewing or sharing information within the recruiting team.
• Ability to write short, clear messages and explain the next step when a candidate needs help.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote work from home role centered on candidate calls and clear messages.
• Structured onboarding and training on Lever, JustCall, and Calendly, with practice using the call outline.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, call notes, and candidate updates.
• Growth opportunities within the team as you build candidate support and interview scheduling skills.
• Bonus opportunities.
