Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and flexibility for some work from home. The role involves supporting spa and wellness recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate and client records, and assisting with coordination of interviews and hiring processes. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting and updating job postings, managing communication with candidates and employers, and helping to match qualified professionals with suitable luxury spa and wellness positions. The team member will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance operational processes, contribute to service quality standards, and support marketing or outreach initiatives related to global wellness hospitality opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong organizational and coordination skills, including experience with scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Candidates should possess professional communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, email etiquette, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including comfort with office software, online platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
• Candidates should possess customer- and service-oriented skills, demonstrating attention to detail, responsiveness, and a commitment to high hospitality standards.
• Prior experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources support is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage part-time hours effectively.
• Relevant education or training in hospitality, wellness, business, or human resources is preferred but not mandatory.
