Chief Revenue

Role Description The Chief Revenue role is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the club’s revenue generation activities. This includes developing and executing revenue strategies aligned with the club’s mission, such as membership models, sponsorships, partnerships, and educational programs. The role involves analyzing financial performance, setting revenue targets, and monitoring key metrics to ensure sustainable growth. The Chief Revenue leader will collaborate with leadership and committees to design value-added offerings, manage budgets related to revenue initiatives, and ensure transparent financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing revenue forecasts, and recommending improvements to enhance financial sustainability and member value.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills to evaluate revenue opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to interpret performance, ensure accuracy, and communicate results clearly.
• Knowledge of Accounting principles to support budgeting, tracking income streams, and maintaining sound financial practices.
• Experience in revenue strategy, business development, or fundraising within financial services, non-profit, or professional association environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
