Enterprise Performance Manage

Role Description The Enterprise Performance Manager will oversee performance planning, monitoring, and optimization across JEE and NEET white-label study materials delivered in MS Word, PageMaker, and PPT formats. This part-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, involves working both on-site and remotely to analyze content workflows, define performance KPIs, and improve operational efficiency for content production and delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with academic content teams and technology stakeholders, tracking project timelines and resource utilization, and implementing performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms. The role also requires identifying process bottlenecks, recommending data-driven improvements, supporting quality assurance for study materials, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in performance management, including setting KPIs, monitoring metrics, and optimizing processes across multiple projects or business units.
• Experience in education, EdTech, or content development environments, preferably involving JEE, NEET, CBSE, or similar competitive examination ecosystems.
• Proficiency in working with document and presentation formats such as MS Word, PowerPoint (PPT), PageMaker, and PDF, with an understanding of content workflows linked to these tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using performance dashboards, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines in a hybrid work setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education management, engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management or performance management are an advantage.
• Comfort with working part-time and balancing on-site responsibilities in Abu Dhabi Emirate with remote collaboration across different locations.
• Knowledge of academic standards, exam patterns, and syllabus alignment for competitive exams is a plus.
