Client Relations Executive

Role Description The Client Relations Executive is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional partners, prospective students, families, and other stakeholders of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing client accounts, supporting partnership initiatives, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring a high standard of service and communication. The Client Relations Executive will track client feedback, help resolve issues, prepare reports, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance stakeholder experience and engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee stakeholder portfolios effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to establish, nurture, and sustain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time hybrid work setting.
• Relevant experience in higher education, healthcare, or professional services client-facing roles is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in common office software and digital collaboration tools, and strong attention to detail, are advantageous.
