Client Solutions Executive

Role Description The Client Solutions Executive is a part-time, hybrid role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the individual will manage relationships with partner institutions, schools, and corporate sponsors, ensuring their needs are understood and aligned with Shadow a Scientist’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new partnership opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, and coordinating program solutions that meet client objectives. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and communicating program performance and impact through regular updates and reports. The Client Solutions Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and support outreach activities that grow the organization’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Account Management, to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to present solutions clearly and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close partnership agreements.
• Consulting skills to analyze client needs, recommend appropriate program solutions, and guide stakeholders through decision-making.
• Prior experience in education, nonprofit, or STEM-related initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, office productivity software, online communication platforms).
