Job Title: Cold Call Agent
Monthly Pay: PKR 62,440 - 146,300 per month
Summary:
You open calls with a polite greeting, state your purpose, and give each lead time to answer. Your daily work follows assigned calling lists, with return calls for people who ask to speak again. You maintain steady calling activity while checking interest through short, useful questions. Your aim is to pass interested leads to the sales team with enough detail for a useful conversation. A sales team lead coaches your phone approach and explains how to handle unfamiliar questions. This role is fully remote, and you work from home using tools for calls and shared lead notes. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Keep a steady flow of outgoing calls from the assigned list. Plan call order in a CRM such as HubSpot, a system that stores lead details.
• Call through a business phone system such as Dialpad, a tool for making and tracking calls. Introduce yourself and explain your purpose.
• Ask short questions about the lead's needs and interest. Listen to the answers before deciding whether a sales conversation fits.
• Explain the offer using approved call notes and plain words. Answer questions within that guidance without promising results.
• Accept a refusal calmly and respect requests to stop calling. Note why someone declines or prefers another time.
• Pass interested leads to the sales team with a clear summary. Use a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar to arrange requested conversations.
• Return calls when leads ask for another conversation. Check earlier notes so people do not need to repeat their answers.
• Record each call's result, useful comments, and next action. Make notes clear enough for another team member to understand.
• Mark wrong numbers, repeated entries, and requests not to call. Keep the calling list useful for the next person.
• Share daily call counts and interested leads with the team. Practice approved call outlines and use coaching feedback.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct handoffs, and steady daily call activity. Check your work before sharing it.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No experience required. Phone work, customer contact, or outbound calling experience is preferred, but beginners can learn the process.
• Willingness to follow a call outline while making the conversation sound natural and respectful.
• Comfort learning tools that store lead details, place calls, and arrange conversations with the sales team.
• Ability to listen closely, ask clear questions, and explain an offer without adding unsupported details.
• Care when entering call results, contact corrections, and reminders, so the next action stays clear.
• Patience with unanswered calls, refusals, and people who need more time before discussing an offer.
• A quiet place for calls and readiness to ask your team lead when approved notes do not answer a question.
Perks & Benefits:
• Enjoy fully remote work from home with a clear calling process and shared lead notes.
• Receive structured onboarding and training on the named calling, lead tracking, and scheduling tools.
• Have regular check-ins with the team lead to discuss calls, questions, and useful changes.
• Explore growth opportunities within the team as you strengthen your calling and lead assessment skills.
• Bonus opportunities.
