Contingent Workforce Specialist

Role Description The Contingent Workforce Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and optimization of the contingent workforce at Fintech News BD. This role involves monitoring staffing needs, analyzing workload trends, and assisting with workforce scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for content production and operations. The Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contingent resources with business priorities, maintain accurate workforce records, and track performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, workforce planning, communication with contingent team members, and contributing to workforce development initiatives that enhance efficiency and flexibility.
