Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator

Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator at LINK Brazil - Implantes Ortopédicos will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR initiatives aligned with the company’s values and community impact goals. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site activities and work-from-home tasks. Daily responsibilities include coordinating community outreach programs, managing relationships with local partners and social organizations, and assisting in the design and delivery of awareness campaigns and educational workshops. The coordinator will collect and analyze data to track program outcomes, prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, and help ensure compliance with relevant CSR and ethical standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR objectives into business processes and communicating CSR efforts through internal and external channels.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Social Services, including community engagement and support initiatives.
• Ability to design and deliver Training programs related to CSR, ethics, and community awareness.
• Teaching skills to facilitate workshops, educational sessions, and outreach activities for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Organizational and project coordination abilities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking program activities and outcomes.
• Basic data collection, analysis, and reporting skills to evaluate CSR impact and support continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with CSR principles, sustainability, and corporate ethics; experience in healthcare or medical devices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
