We are committed to expanding our footprint in the Nigerian market and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director (Nigeria) to lead this effort. Job Description: The Commercial Director for the Nigerian market will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth in Nigeria. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services landscape in Nigeria, particularly in the areas of cryptocurrency and CFD and other asset classes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop business opportunities within the Nigeria region to drive growth and market penetration. Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition. Develop and implement effective Go-to-market and Business Development strategies tailored to the Nigeria market to achieve company objectives. Develop and implement effective Client Acquisitions and Retention strategies across multiple marketing channels. Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners. Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies. Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management. Build and manage a regional team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs. Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs). In-depth understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and regulatory environment. Strong understanding of the Omnichannel marketing Experience and strong understanding of budgeting, budget controls, unit economics and P&L management.
