Role Description The CTO-cum-Co Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping GreenLedger’s technology vision, architecture, and product roadmap, with compensation structured as equity only. This part-time, remote position involves overseeing core platform development, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of the data engine, and guiding the technical team in delivering features aligned with ESG and BRSR reporting requirements. The role includes collaborating closely with the founding team on product strategy, translating customer and regulatory needs into technical specifications, and setting best practices for software engineering and infrastructure. The CTO-cum-Co Founder will also be responsible for establishing technical governance, evaluating tools and frameworks, and representing the technology function in investor and customer conversations. As a co-founder, this individual will contribute to long-term strategic decisions, hiring plans, and the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Software Development and Product Development experience in data platforms, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and audit-ready systems.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including roadmap planning, sprint management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience building or leading technology teams in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting, industrial manufacturing systems, or BRSR/Scope 1–3 emissions frameworks is highly beneficial.
• Ability to make hands-on technical contributions while defining long-term technology vision and standards.
• Comfort working in an equity-only, part-time, remote co-founder capacity with a long-term ownership mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
