Cybersecurity Analyst

Role Description The Owner role at Epic Site Solutions – Contract Sales & Marketing is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, client management, and strategic direction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and negotiating contract terms with customers across oil and gas, construction, mining, and municipal sectors. The role involves coordinating sales and marketing initiatives, setting revenue and growth targets, and monitoring performance against business goals. The owner will also manage operational processes, oversee budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to all clients while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, and client relationship development, ideally within oil and gas, construction, mining, or related industries.
• Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies, including market analysis, positioning, and brand development for B2B clients.
• Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Comfort working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and consistent follow-through on commitments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with problem-solving abilities and a track record of growing or leading a business or business unit.
• Knowledge of the Permian Basin market or similar regional energy markets is beneficial; prior experience with Upstream, Midstream, or Downstream operations is a plus.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
