Role Description The Lead Expert role at NES Consultancy is a full-time, on-site / Remote and Hybrid position based in the Mandi Bahauddin District. The Lead Expert will oversee client advisory services, including education guidance, admissions counseling, visa support, and career development planning. In this role, the individual will manage client case files, coordinate with universities, employers, and partner organizations, and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up. The Lead Expert will lead consultations, design tailored solutions for students and professionals, and contribute to business consultancy projects for local and international clients. The position also involves mentoring junior team members, improving internal processes, and upholding high standards of professional service and ethics.

Qualifications

• Strong advisory and counseling skills, with experience in education consultancy, career guidance, or related client-facing services.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admissions processes, visa requirements, and global job market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Solid organizational and documentation abilities, with attention to detail in handling applications, records, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in business consultancy, recruitment, or HR functions, including basic understanding of company formation and taxation concepts.
• Proficiency with common office software, online application portals, and digital collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a consultancy, education agency, or international placement firm is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Mandi Bahauddin District, manage multiple client cases, and collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic team.
