Are you an experienced Digital Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments, connects stakeholders across business and technology, and turns ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions?

We are looking for an Expert Digital Business Analyst – Transversal to drive cross-functional digital initiatives within a leading banking environment.

🔎 Your Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of transversal initiatives involving multiple teams, domains and stakeholders.
• Lead business discovery, opportunity assessments and the evaluation of new digital business ideas.
• Structure complex business problems into clear scopes, objectives, roadmaps and actionable recommendations.
• Align business, product, IT, process and control functions, including Compliance, Legal and Risk.
• Assess solution options based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, cost and risk.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, open decisions and delivery follow-up.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and decision-making sessions.
• Translate business needs into capabilities, requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare business cases, impact assessments, implementation scenarios and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support digital product discovery, customer journey mapping, concept validation and MVP definition.

✅ Required experience and knowledge

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional or cross-domain initiatives.
• Experience working with multiple teams and senior stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Experience structuring ambiguous business problems and translating them into clear scopes, recommendations and delivery approaches.
• Ability to coordinate dependencies and create alignment without direct hierarchical authority.
• Experience managing digital initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure to ensure they meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Ability to run productive meetings, facilitate workshops and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.

Preferable business experience

• Experience with enterprise-wide digital capabilities, shared services or transversal business processes.
• Experience in early-stage discovery, opportunity assessment or strategic business analysis.
• Broad understanding of financial-services products, processes and digital ecosystems.
• Experience with concept design, customer or user testing and innovation.
• Proficiency in using data insights to support business decisions and optimize digital channels.

Additional

• Master’s degree required.
• English proficiency is mandatory, alongside excellent knowledge of Dutch or French.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Design Thinking, Innovation or Workshop Facilitation are a plus.
