We are looking for a Head of SEO for one of our core flagship sites. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you will completely own the SEO strategy, execution, and long-term growth of a major asset. You aren't just tracking keyword movements here; you are fully accountable for traffic quality, revenue impact, and defending the site against tough competition. You will be the dedicated SEO owner of a massive system, collaborating closely with developers and AI Integration Specialists. We use our own internal AI tools to run SEO at a scale most companies can't match, so this role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and daily execution. You'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team, drive real strategy, and see your ideas ship fast without the red tape. What We’re Looking For: SEO Experience: Hands-on SEO background with clear ownership over large, high-traffic, or high-revenue websites. Proven experience growing competitive sites in iGaming, gambling, or similarly aggressive, fast-moving niches. Deep technical foundations, especially with large site architectures and complex migrations. A track record of protecting and growing market share in highly volatile search landscapes. AI & Systems Thinking: Comfortable using CLI-based AI tools (like Claude Code) or have the technical aptitude to pick it up fast. Experience building or working with AI-assisted SEO pipelines. A systems-first mindset, someone who prefers building a repeatable process over deploying quick, messy patches. Mindset: Strong business intuition; you understand how SEO decisions impact the company's bottom line. You care about outcomes and results, not just crossing off tasks on a to-do list. Highly autonomous; comfortable running a massive asset with very little day-to-day oversight. Level-headed and decisive when things get hectic (like during a sudden core update or traffic drop).
