HR Manager | Limerick | Hybrid

CREGG Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a leading healthcare organisation in Limerick.

This is a senior, hands-on generalist HR role reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Management Team.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office.

The position offers broad responsibility across:

• Employee Relations
• Industrial Relations
• Trade Union engagement
• Irish employment law
• Recruitment and workforce planning
• Performance and attendance management
• HR policies and procedures
• Employee engagement
• Organisational development
• HR and business improvement projects

The successful candidate will have strong generalist HR experience together with proven exposure to complex employee relations matters and Trade Union environments.

Experience within healthcare, public service or another regulated environment would be an advantage.
