HVAC Engineer / MEP Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time remote Director role responsible for overseeing strategic, operational, and commercial activities across Sinamed’s pharmaceutical portfolio. The Director will define and implement long-term business strategies, set performance targets, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company values. Day-to-day tasks include providing leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding product and market development plans, reviewing operational performance, and making data-informed decisions to drive growth and efficiency. The Director will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies, to strengthen market presence and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role also involves budget oversight, risk management, and establishing processes that support innovation, quality, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management abilities, including experience directing cross-functional teams and guiding organizational strategy.
• Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving growth and operational improvements.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector, with understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and disciplines.
• Financial and business acumen, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Comfort with remote work tools, digital collaboration platforms, and data-driven reporting; ability to work independently and manage distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, scientific integrity, and patient-centered care; experience in emerging markets is a plus.
