Job Title: Interview Coordinator
Monthly Pay: PKR 62,960 - 148,990 per month
Summary:
You begin each day by matching assigned candidate lists with available spaces in recruiter calendars. Next, you call candidates, check their interest, and arrange interviews around their availability. Your goal is to prevent booking errors and help candidates understand what happens next. Throughout the day, a recruiting team lead helps you resolve calendar changes and candidate questions. Between calls, you update booking notes and send reminders so recruiters and candidates have the same information. You work from home in this fully remote role, using phone calls to keep interview plans moving. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Start with assigned candidate lists in an applicant tracking system such as Lever, a system for tracking applications. Compare these lists with recruiter calendars.
• Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Dialpad. Introduce yourself clearly and explain why you are calling.
• Ask brief questions about interest and availability. Write clear answers so recruiters can understand the candidate's needs without repeating questions.
• Present available interview times using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly. Book the candidate's choice without creating calendar clashes.
• Before ending each call, confirm the interview date, time, and joining instructions. Explain the next step using simple words and approved information.
• Send short interview reminders that match the calendar entry. Check that candidates understand which interview the reminder concerns and what happens next.
• Call candidates after missed interviews or requested changes. Find another available time, update the booking, and inform the recruiter.
• Record each call and booking after the conversation. Keep notes useful, factual, and private, with the current interview stage and next action clearly marked.
• Review candidate entries for duplicates, withdrawals, and wrong numbers. Keep calendars tidy so recruiters can rely on their interview lists.
• Share booked interviews and daily booking counts with recruiters. Pass questions outside your approved information to the recruiting team lead for guidance.
• Check your work against quality standards: accurate bookings, polite calls, complete notes, and quick follow-up. Correct mistakes promptly and tell the relevant recruiter.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience is required. Related phone support, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and confidence explaining interview steps to candidates who may need information repeated.
• Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, phone, and calendar tools through guided practice and clear instructions.
• Care when checking dates, times, candidate names, and interview notes before sharing updates with recruiters.
• Ability to listen closely, ask brief questions, and write answers that another team member can understand.
• Respect for candidate privacy and willingness to keep candidate information within approved work systems.
• Basic understanding of interview scheduling, reminders, calendar changes, and the difference between a booked and missed interview.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role where you work from home and support candidates through organized phone conversations.
• Structured onboarding and training on the named applicant tracking, phone, and calendar tools, with guided scheduling practice.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss feedback, and improve your daily work.
• Access to growth opportunities within the team as you build confidence with candidate calls and interview coordination.
• Bonus opportunities.
