Job Title: Interview Scheduler

Monthly Pay: PKR 60,370 - 144,530 per month

Summary:

Your day starts with candidate lists and open interview spaces on recruiters' calendars. You call applicants, check their interest, and help them choose an interview time. Your goal is to keep interviews organized and make the next step clear for each candidate. A recruiting team lead provides guidance on bookings, call questions, and changes that need extra help. The position is fully remote, and you work from home using phone and scheduling tools. After each conversation, you update notes so recruiters can prepare for their interviews. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Start by comparing candidate lists with recruiters' available interview times. Use an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse to review each candidate's stage.

• Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as RingCentral. Introduce yourself clearly and explain that you are arranging their recruiter interview.

• Ask short questions about interest and availability. Listen carefully, note the answers, and explain the next step using the recruiter's approved information.

• Offer suitable interview options using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Microsoft Outlook. Book the time each candidate chooses without creating calendar clashes.

• Before ending each call, repeat the interview date, time, and joining instructions. Check that the candidate understands how to attend and whom they will meet.

• Send a short interview reminder using approved messages. Keep the wording clear so candidates can find their booking information easily.

• Call candidates again after missed interviews. Arrange another suitable time when a candidate or recruiter cannot attend, then update the calendar.

• Record each call result and booking after the conversation. Flag wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals while keeping candidate information private.

• Pass booked interviews and useful call notes to recruiters. Refer questions outside your instructions to the recruiting team lead.

• Finish by sharing daily booking counts and unresolved scheduling changes with the team. Make the next required action clear.

• Check your work against quality standards: accurate bookings, polite calls, complete notes, and quick follow-up. Correct errors before passing information onward.

Qualifications:

• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.

• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.

• No recruiting experience is required. Related phone, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.

• A calm, friendly phone manner that helps candidates understand interview arrangements without feeling rushed.

• Willingness to learn the named tools for candidate tracking, phone calls, and calendar bookings during guided practice.

• Care with interview dates, times, names, and call notes so recruiters receive clear, useful information.

• Ability to follow a call outline while listening closely and giving candidates room to ask questions.

• Basic understanding of interview scheduling, including reminders, changed bookings, missed interviews, and passing questions to the right person.

• Respect for candidate privacy and readiness to keep candidate information within approved team systems.

Perks & Benefits:

• Enjoy fully remote work from home while helping candidates move smoothly toward their recruiter interviews.

• Receive structured onboarding and training on the named candidate tracking, phone, and scheduling tools.

• Have regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, booking changes, and your progress.

• Explore growth opportunities within the team as you build your scheduling knowledge and confidence.

• Bonus opportunities.
