Role Description The Project Management Coordinator is a part-time role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programs across the organization. Based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, this hybrid position combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities and timelines, tracking progress against milestones, maintaining documentation, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The role involves facilitating communication between teams, helping manage risks and issues, supporting program-level initiatives, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in project support roles.
• Experience working in hybrid or distributed teams and familiarity with digital project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
• An interest in UX, interaction design, or online education and a commitment to continuous learning are considered an advantage.
