Job Title: Recruitment Caller
Monthly Pay: PKR 62,720 - 145,770 per month
Summary:
You speak with candidates in a friendly way and send clear messages about their next steps. Your calling lists come from new applications, candidate searches, and recruiter requests. You explain open roles, check interest, and arrange interviews through short phone conversations. The goal is to help suitable candidates reach recruiters with clear notes and confirmed bookings. A recruiting team lead sets your priorities and supports questions that need further guidance. You work from home in this fully remote role, using shared candidate lists and interview calendars. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Find candidates through job boards, professional networks, and an applicant tracking system such as Lever. Organize your calling list using recruiter priorities.
• Call applicants and other candidates through a business phone system such as JustCall. Introduce yourself and explain why you are calling.
• Explain the role using approved recruiter notes. Ask basic screening questions about interest, availability, and fit, then write clear answers.
• Build a shortlist using the recruiter's stated requirements. Share suitable candidates with recruiters and hiring managers for their review.
• Keep candidates informed at each stage through calls and short messages. Return requested calls and follow up on unfinished steps.
• Book recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly. Check the selected date, time, and interview arrangements together.
• Send clear reminders before interviews. Contact candidates after missed interviews, check whether they remain interested, and arrange another booking when appropriate.
• Answer simple process questions using approved information. Send questions outside your guidance to the recruiting team lead, with useful context.
• Update candidate notes after every conversation. Mark incorrect numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals, while keeping candidate information private and accurate.
• Share daily call counts, booked interviews, and outstanding follow-ups with recruiters. Prepare short notes so recruiters understand each candidate before speaking.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, quick follow-up, and steady daily call activity. Check bookings before sending confirmations.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required. Related phone, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and willingness to explain the same process clearly to different candidates.
• Willingness to learn the named candidate tracking, calling, and scheduling tools through guided practice and feedback.
• Basic understanding of how applications, screening calls, shortlists, and recruiter interviews connect within a recruitment process.
• Ability to write short call notes that separate candidate answers from questions needing a recruiter's review.
• Care when checking names, interview dates, calendar entries, and call outcomes before sharing updates with the team.
• Respect for candidate privacy and comfort following approved call questions, message outlines, and instructions for handling candidate information.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role where you work from home and support candidates through calls and messages.
• Structured onboarding and training on the named tools, call outlines, interview bookings, and candidate updates.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss feedback, and strengthen your calling approach.
• Clear growth opportunities within the team as you build confidence with screening, candidate contact, and scheduling tasks.
• Bonus opportunities.
