Are you an organized technology professional who can bring structure, visibility, and control to complex software releases? 💻 We’re looking for an experienced Release Manager to coordinate end-to-end release activities and ensure products move smoothly from development to production.

🛠️ Role Responsibilities

🔹 Manage end-to-end software release cycles from planning through deployment

🔹 Develop release schedules, milestones, deployment plans, and dependency tracking

🔹 Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, Security, and Business teams

🔹 Monitor release risks, blockers, dependencies, and readiness

🔹 Ensure testing, validation, approvals, and quality requirements are completed

🔹 Coordinate production deployments, rollback plans, and post-release activities

🔹 Maintain release calendars, documentation, change records, and status reports

🔹 Track release performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes

🔹 Support incident resolution and coordinate communication during critical releases

🔹 Promote effective release governance, automation, and continuous improvement

🎯 Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred

✅ 3+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, project management, or DevOps

✅ Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, testing, and software release management

✅ Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

✅ Comfortable managing multiple releases, priorities, and deadlines

✅ Experience working with Agile or DevOps teams

⭐ Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or GitLab is an advantage

⭐ Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms, change management, and release automation is highly valued
