Summary

We're hiring a results-driven Remote Appointment Setter to contact prospective customers, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents throughout the United States. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people, achieving goals, and building professional communication skills.

You'll work entirely from home while using industry-leading technology and proven appointment-setting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily.
• Qualify prospective customers using approved guidelines.
• Book appointments directly into agents' calendars.
• Follow structured call scripts while maintaining natural conversations.
• Record customer information accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily scheduling and performance goals.
• Attend virtual coaching and training sessions.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions.
