Summary

We're looking for a dependable Remote Calling Associate to communicate with prospective customers, provide appointment information, and coordinate meetings for licensed insurance representatives. This position focuses on professional phone communication, consistency, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete 350–450 outbound calls daily.
• Follow company call scripts while maintaining natural conversations.
• Explain appointment benefits clearly.
• Schedule appointments using internal booking systems.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations.
• Participate in virtual training sessions.
• Assist with additional outbound communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone.
• Reliable internet, computer, and smartphone.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Previous phone support, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience is beneficial.
• Positive work ethic.
