We're a small, fast-moving team on a mission to make advanced technology accessible to everyone. As we scale, we're looking for a driven Business Developer to accelerate our growth, build partnerships, and turn opportunities into revenue.
The Role
We're looking for someone to own the top of our growth funnel — identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. You'll work directly with the founding team and have genuine ownership over how Deepo goes to market. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape a company from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels
Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through to close
Develop and execute outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and direct networking
Represent Deepo in meetings, product demos, and negotiations
Collect market and customer feedback to inform product direction
Track key growth metrics and report progress against targets
What We're Looking For
2+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships (startup experience strongly preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident negotiator who can build trust quickly
Self-starter comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats
Proficiency with CRM and pipeline tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Genuine enthusiasm for technology and startups
Nice to Have
An existing network in the tech or SaaS space
Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses
Familiarity with founder-led and early-stage sales
A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
