Senior Commercial Product Manager - Business Credit Cards

What’s the role?

This is a permanent, full time opportunity based in Sydney, with a hybrid approach of 2 to 3 days in the office.

You’ll help shape the future of our Business Credit Cards portfolio, leading product strategy, roadmap development and initiatives that create better experiences for our customers. You’ll turn customer, financial and market insights into clear priorities, while working closely with legal, risk, technology, compliance, delivery teams and external partners to bring improvements to life. You’ll have an important voice in product governance, customer experience and commercial performance, helping us strengthen digital servicing, improve NPS and tackle the root causes of customer complaints.

What do I need?

• Experience leading product lifecycle activities including product strategy, roadmap development, pricing, CVP and optimisation within a regulated environment.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn customer, financial, performance and market data into clear product insights, priorities and decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across internal teams and external partners, building alignment and achieving positive outcomes without relying on direct authority.

• Strong understanding of product governance, risk and controls, with the judgement to balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and regulatory requirements. Experience across cards, payments, business banking or lending would be valuable.

• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, with experience contributing to improvements in products, processes, digital servicing or customer outcomes.
