Trade Finance Specialist / Trade Operations Analyst

Role Description The Owner role at Find Work is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the overall direction and operations of the business. Day-to-day tasks include setting strategic goals, monitoring performance, and making decisions about services, partnerships, and investments. The Owner will manage budgets, review key metrics, and coordinate with any contractors or collaborators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role also involves refining business processes, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring that the organization maintains high standards of professionalism and compliance. The Owner is expected to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
