Responsibilities:

Process Planning; Machine Specification Creation.

1. Machine/Equipment Procurement; Installation/Trial Management ; Quality Analysis, Adjustment and Improvement.
2. Project Management: Schedule Control; Budget Control/Cost Reduction; Manufacturing Support/Process Tracking

• RequirementsBS Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience .
• Ability to work weekends, holiday periods, and shutdown periods to support tooling modification and installation projects.
• Ability to travel to support work at machine vendors, Toyota manufacturing locations
• Strong computer (Catia / Carrot3) modeling Experience

1. Required Skills1-2 yrs Automotive/Manufacturing Hands On Engineering Experience.
2. 1-2 yrs Tooling Design, tooling procurement / jigs and weld tool experience
3. 1-2 yrs Automotive or Body Welding Experience, new equipment procurement, new product launch
4. 1-2 yrsRobotic Experience
5. 1-2 yrs AGV Auto Guided Vehicle Experience , Matt Allen

• Preferred skills:1-2yrs Project Management Experience in Automotive Production / Manufacturing environment
