The Opportunity

We’re seeking a UAE-based professional to support the flow of goods and supplier activity through practical coordination and accurate operational records.

This part-time, hybrid opportunity can focus on supply chain processes, procurement, or vendor coordination, based on your experience.

Project Focus

Help teams plan and track purchasing, supplier commitments, and operational requirements from request through delivery.

Key Areas

Coordinate purchase requests, supplier quotations, and order documentation.

Maintain vendor records, pricing details, and procurement trackers.

Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding supplier information.

Support inventory or shipment tracking and flag potential supply delays.

Work with finance, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and keep information current.

Experience

Experience in supply chain operations, procurement, purchasing, or vendor coordination is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence with spreadsheets or procurement systems will be useful.

Working Arrangement

Flexible part-time hours can be arranged around supplier timelines, purchasing cycles, and delivery schedules.

Hybrid working combines remote coordination and documentation with in-person meetings in the UAE when needed.
