We are looking for a super-talented Graphic Design & Illustration Intern (Paid) to join our creative crew!

If you live with a stylus, pencil, or iPad in hand, breathe pop/street culture, and know how to bring original cartoon characters, gritty comic styles, and bold graphics to life—this is your playground.

We don’t just want someone who moves boxes around on Canva or Photoshop. We want an illustrator—someone whose art makes people stop scrolling and say, “Who drew this?!”

📌 Role: Graphic Design & Illustration Intern (Paid)

📍 Location: Fully Remote

⏳ Type: Internship (Built for a young creative looking to grow, gain real experience, and build an insane portfolio)

🎨 WHO YOU ARE:

• You Can Actually DRAW: Whether in Procreate, Illustrator, Photoshop, or on paper first—you know anatomy, dynamic poses, expressive faces, and cartoon character design.
• Tuned into the Culture: You know the aesthetic we mean when we mention pages like CulturFM, TrendyUK, Y2K street style, comic/anime-inspired art, and contemporary African pop culture.
• Style Chameleon: You have your own signature drawing style, but you can adapt your sketches to fit our brand’s chaotic, youthful, and vibrant energy.
• Hungry to Learn: You don’t need 5 years of agency experience—just raw talent, taste, and a passion for turning ideas into eye-catching visuals.

🖌️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Character & Mascot Design: Create custom cartoon characters and illustrated elements that define the 234 Africa brand identity.
• Event Flyers & Posters: Design vibrant, poster-worthy event artwork, streetwear merch concepts, stickers, and digital drops that people actually want to frame or save as wallpapers.
• Culture Graphics & Memes: Translate trending pop culture moments, banter, and lifestyle stories into illustrated carousels and comic strips.
• Collaborate: Work directly with our creative team to brainstorm wild visual campaigns.
